It's all about spiky shoes an it has been all about them for a long time now. Giles set the trend for SS 07 (I am proud to say that Gina shoes got a sample pair for me - I LOVE them for that. That's what customer service is all about. HURRAY!) But Muccia Prada made these amazing studded "mens" shoes for MIU MIU's FW 06/07. And since then the studded shoes have been everywhere.. Louboutin, Burberry Prorsum, Balenciaga, Rodarte etc. And this FW 08/09 Louboutin made these incredible spiky shoes for Rodarte and Giles kept on with the trend as he collaborated (as always) with Gina Shoes for yet a set of spiky heels. It looks like we are in for alot of more seasons with the studded trend = HAPPINESS.
