Sweet dreams, pretty ones.

I listen to this song every night before I go to bed.
I sit on my desk and look at the sky. Sometimes I smoke a marlboro light.
But none the less, I always listen to this song.
It can make me happy or sad.
Either way, it follows me wherever I am.

Nina Simone, is one of my inspirations.
She was such an influentual and strong woman. And so were her lyrics.
She was hardcore and one of the best and most powerful entertainers out there.
It makes me sad that there aren't many of those left. You don't come across hardcore talent like this anymore. Well, maybe you do, but it's pretty rare.
I may not have agreed with her on some things. But as a singer, songwriter and performer she was one of the best.
